Why we exist
Hospitality has spent generations raising money for everyone else.
I started The Rising Table so somebody would raise it for us.

Here is what I believe with everything I have: our industry’s problems are solvable. They are not mysteries. They are not permanent. The next time the ground shifts beneath us, I want us braced for it — better prepared, standing together instead of scattered.
The Rising Table is my answer: a company that fights for our people as hard as they fight for everyone else. We are here to serve the people who serve, to lift the ones doing the lifting, and to give back every chance we get.
